No. Since we are not re-typing or re-writing your letter, we don’t have to read it to send it. EasyDaak has a strict rule to maintain the privacy of content of letters sent.

Speed post will not get lost, but if undelivered, it will get returned. You can add your return address on all your letters. If undelivered to the addressee, it will come back to the return address. This may happen if no one was at home, or for any reason if the postman could not deliver it in 2-3 attempts.

For international senders (outside India) we will have to put our Delhi office address for return (because the post office won’t allow an international return address), but we will keep your name before it so the recipient knows who sent it!

If you notify us that the letter came back and did not get delivered, we will process it once again, free of cost.

Yes. The same letter that you send us a photo of will be sent, replicated on your choice of paper.

No. Your letter, in your handwriting, will be reprinted on your choice of stationery.
